Goods receipt
In a goods receipt, you receive products or activities (items) from a purchase contact. By adding a receipt, you post the purchased units to the stock.
Description
You add a receipt in order to post items received from a purchase contact to the stock. By adding a receipt, you post the units purchased to the stock. Thus, with the addition of a receipt, a stock entry and a financial entry take place.
Procedure
- Add a goods receipt
You can add a new goods receipt quickly if it is based on a purchase order.
- View a goods receipt
You can view goods receipts. For example, to see whether a certain item has already come in so you can deliver a sales order.
- Incorporate incoming goods into a goods receipt
You can also register incoming goods using a barcode scanner and convert them to goods receipts in Profit.
- Goods receipt reconciliation
In Profit, you can reconcile goods receipts with purchase invoices from Profit Financieel.
- Journalise a goods receipt
You can journalise the goods receipts and also enter your own voucher number
- Issue a goods receipt
You can print the goods receipt or send it by e-mail. For this, you use the Output, E-mail and Print actions.
- Release a goods receipt
You can release blocked receipts. A receipt can be blocked for various reasons.
- Import a goods receipt
You can import a goods receipt. You can only import new goods receipts including the corresponding goods receipt lines.
