Redetermine the price/discount with cumulative entry

Because of the use of cumulative entries, the quantity in the packing slip line will nearly always deviate from the quantity in the original sales order. Because of this, you can include the Reset price/discount for order line spec. entries settings in the entry layout of the packing slip. Determining the price and the discount only applies if a volume price or discount has been set for the article.

If you want to use cumulative entries, you must first activate the Order line specifications function.

To redetermine the price/discount for cumulative entries:

1. Go to: General / Management / Entry layout.
2. Open the entry layout properties for the packing slip.
3. Go to the tab: General settings.
4. Go to the tab:Instellingen 2.
5. Select a value for Reset price/discount for order line spec. entries. You have the following options:
   • No - Profit does not recalculate the price and the discount for a packing slip line originating in a sales order. These remain the same as in the sales order.
   • Yes - Profit recalculates the price and the discount for a packing slip line originating in a sales order based on the quantity delivered on the packing slip line, using the price reference date from the sales order.
6. Click on: OK.
