Change sales a order with down payment

You can only make limited changes to an order for which you expect a down payment. For example, you can only increase the quantities and add lines.

To change sales a order with down payment:

  1. Go to: Order Management / Sales process / Sales order.
  2. Open the order properties. 
  3. Select the Advanced sales order (Profit) entry layout or your own modified entry layout.
  4. Click on: OK. 
  5. Go to the tab: General.
  6. Add an order line, if applicable.
  7. Increase the quantity in the order line, if applicable.
  8. Go to the tab with the down payment fields. This is the Down pay tab in the advanced entry layout provided by Profit. This tab may have a different name in your own entry layout.
  9. If desired, change the Down payment amount.
  10. Save the order.
