Change basic sales orders collectively

It often happens that you no longer supply an article or that there is a new article. For these situations, it is possible to change existing basic orders very easily with a collective change.

For a collective change, you can choose between:

• Article: In all the lines in which the old article appears, Profit replaces the old article with the new article.
• Delete line: Profit deletes all the basic order lines in which the specified article appears.
• Add line: Profit adds a line to all the selected basic orders that do not yet have a line for the article and the Delivery type.

Action authorisation is applicable for this action.

Note: 

An article can only be replaced if the new article has the same item type as the old article.

If you only want to change the unit of an article then you enter the same article twice.

To change basic sales orders collectively:

1. Go to: Order Management / Sales process / Verkoopbasisorder.
2. Select the basic sales orders that you want to change.
3. Click on the action: Edit collectively.
4. Select the Type of change.
5. Select the Item type that you want to change.
6. Click on: Next. 
7. Enter the mandatory fields, depending on what you have just selected.
8. Click on: Finish.
