Import a packing slip

You can import packing slips. You can only import new packing slips with the associated packing slip lines. It is thus not possible to change existing packing slips and packing slip lines or to subsequently add further lines to existing packing slips.

Note: 

Articles with serial numbers cannot be imported in packing slips. Furthermore, you also cannot import lot lines and cumulative entry articles in packing slips.

To import packing slips, use the default import wizard available in Profit.

To import a packing slip:

1. Go to: Order Management / Management / Import verkoop / Packing slip.
2. Specify whether you want to create a new import definition or use an existing one.
3. Click on: Next.
4. Select the file that you want to import.
5. Enter the import options.
6. Click on: Next.
7. Select the fields to be imported and set them up.
   • If you want to import the deviating delivery address, you must use the Contact address number field in the import to indicate the address.
8. Follow the instructions in the import wizard.
