View a basic price list

You can view the two basic price lists in Profit, the basic price list including VAT and the basic price list exclusive of VAT. Profit adds the basic sales prices automatically to these two basic price lists.

The same applies for purchasing. There are also two basic price lists with purchase prices.

To view the basic price list with basic prices:

  1. Go to: 
    • Order Management / Sales / Price/Discount / Price list
    • Order Management / Purchase / Price/Discount / Price list.

    You see at least two basic price lists.

  2. Open the properties of the price list that you want to view.
  3. Go to the tab: Prices.
  4. Select an item code of an article to view the basic (sales/purchase) price.
