Add a product range
You can add a new product range. Using multiselect, you can immediately link articles and assembled items to the product range in bulk.
For bakeries there is a link between the price lists and the product ranges. If you create a price list, a product range is immediately created with the same code, description and start date. All articles/assembled items that are added to the price list, are also automatically added to the product range.
To add a product range:
- Go to: Order Management / Sales / Configuration / Product range.
- Click on: New.
- Enter a Code and a Description that allows you to easily recognise the product range.
- Select the Start date of the product range. When you add an order Profit checks if the order date is between the start and end dates of the product range.
- If necessary, select an End date.
- Click on: Next.
- Select the articles and assembled items that you want to link.
- Click on: Finish.
- Now set up the product range for the sales contact.
