View the licence in the Customer portal

If you have the Administrator role, you can view your licences in the Customer portal. Licence renewals are done automatically; for this you do not need the customer portal. Should you want to renew a licence manually, you can download the licence file.

You can specify a different contact per subscription.

View and download licences:

  1. Click on: your name (top right).
  2. Click on: 'My organisation'.

  3. Click on: 'Subscriptions'.

    A view listing all subscriptions is displayed.

  4. Per subscription you can see the start date and the end date, if applicable.
  5. Select the check box of a line to record another contact.
  6. Click on a line to view the properties of the subscription. You can download a licence here. Usually this is not necessary, because the licence is renewed automatically once you have paid.
