View subscription reports

In Profit you will find a number of supplied reports which provide insight into how your subscriptions are doing.

The following reports are available:

  • Subscription card (Profit)

    In this report you will find the basic data per subscription, such as the sales contact in whose name the subscription is, the start and end date of the subscription and also the subscription lines, among other things.

  • Subscriptions per type (Profit)

    This report allows you to investigate which type of subscription sells best.

  • Subscriptions (Profit)
  • Subscription invoice (Profit)
  • Current subscriptions per type (Profit)
  • Pro forma subscription invoice (Profit)

To view a report:

  1. Go to: Subscriptions / Output / Report.
  2. Open the properties of the report Subscription card (Profit).
  3. If applicable, enter a filter.
  4. Click on: OK.

    You now see the basic data for one subscription. You can browse further to see more subscriptions.

  5. Close the report.
