Configure the exchange with the Tax authority for ‘BAPI’ PIN (communication service)

The method of signing declarations with a pin code has been cancelled as of 31 December 2013. You can still use this method until 1 February 2014 for your VAT/ICP declarations for 2013. This method is only allowed if you submit the VAT/ICP declaration from one administration.

• Set up a communication profile

  In the communication profile you specify that you will be exchanging messages with the tax authority on the basis of a PIN.

• Request a pin code for each administration or employer

  For the exchange of information using a PIN code, you record the PIN code you want to use in Profit.

• Request a mailbox from the tax authority

  Request a mailbox from the tax authority via Profit if you do not have a mailbox.

• Record the mailbox data from the tax authority in Profit
