Record the InSite main site for the Profit Communication Center

Users can download the Setup file for the PCC and the settings file from within InSite or Profit Windows. If users download these files in Profit Windows and you do have an InSite site, you must record the InSite main site.

If an InSite site is not present in the environment, it is not allowed to record the InSite main site.

To check the InSite main site:

  1. Open the environment you want to use in combination with the PCC.
  2. If the environment does have an InSite site, perform the following steps:
    1. Go to: General / Environment / Management / Properties.
    2. Go to the tab: General.
    3. Select the site in Main InSite site.
    4. Click on: OK.
  3. Click on: OK.
