Mouse doesn't click correcty / on the wrong position in Profit. How is the possible?
If your mouse doesn't click in the right place in Profit, it looks like Profit crashes.
This may be due to the DPI Settings or because the size of the text is not the same for both monitors.
DPI Settings
Note:
Depending on the Citrix version you are using, you can adjust the DPI settings. From Profit 1 onwards, you should use the No, use the native resolution setting.

Change the DPI Settings/ High DPI in the properties of Citrix Workspace. This is related to the DPI settings, select your version of Ctrix below:
Citrix-version 2210.5. or higher
Citrix-version lower than 2206
Not sure which version of Citrix you are working with? Use the steps below to check the version. View supported Citrix versions.
Note:
Make sure you change the font size on your computer first. Do you have multiple monitors? Adjust the percentage on ALL screens. Right-click on your desktop and click Display settings. Under the section Scale and Layout, adjust the size of your screen. 
Check the Citrix-version
- Right-click the Citrix Workspace icon and click Advanced preferences.
- Under the Info heading, you will find the version you are working with.
Apple Mac
Are you working on a Macbook? Then go through the steps below to change the DPI settings:
- Under the Info heading, you will find the version you are working with
Go to Settings and enable the High DPI field.
Beeldschermen instellen
De grootte van de tekst moet voor beide beeldschermen op 100% staan. Stel daarnaast op alle schermen dezelfde resolutie in.
- Klik met je rechtermuisknop op je bureaublad en klik op Beeldscherminstellingen.
- Onder het hoofdstuk Schaal en lay-out pas je de grootte van je beeldscherm aan (zie onderstaande afbeelding).
Zorg ervoor dat dit percentage voor beide beeldschermen 100% is.
Gewijzigd toetsenbord
Controleer of je toetsenbord in AZERTY staat (i.p.v. QWERTY). Doorloop hiervoor de volgende stappen:
- Klik met je rechtermuisknop op het icoontje van Citrix Workspace en klik op Advanced preferences / Geavanceerde voorkeuren (zie hierboven).
- Kies voor Toetsenbord en taalbak en wijzig de instelling. Probeer beide opties om te kijken welke beter werkt.
Derde scherm uitschakelen of dezelfde resolutie op alle beeldschermen
Werk je met 3 schermen? Dan kan het helpen om één van de schermen uit te schakelen. Werk je bijvoorbeeld met twee 4k schermen en als hoofdscherm een UHD scherm. Sluit dan het hoofdscherm af. Stel daarnaast op alle schermen dezelfde resolutie in.
