Profit has frozen. How do I close Profit (Apple Mac)?

If Profit freezes, force close Profit via the key combination CTRL + FN + ALT + Backspace or on newer macs via CTRL + FN + OPTION + Backspace. Then choose Logout or Sign out. After Profit is closed, open Profit again. You will now be logged in to a different server, allowing you to continue working without any problems.

Can't log out via the key combination? Then log out via the steps below:

  1. Click Citrix Workspace in the top left corner.
  2. Click on Quit.
  3. Click Log Off.
