Delete environment or test environment

You can delete environments that you no longer need.

Did you erroneously delete an environment? You can restore it as follows:

  • Is there a rush? Contact AFAS Support by telephone to have the environment restored. In the meantime, do not perform any actions with the function General / Environment / Management / Request environment.
  • No rush? Follow these steps.

To delete an enrionment:

  1. Open the environment you want to delete.
  2. Go to: General / Environment / Management / Request environment.

    (The function General / Environment / Management / Delete isn't available as from Profit 19.)

  3. Click on: New request.
  4. Select Delete environment at the Action field.

    Attention:

    After completing the wizard, the deletion process will be started as soon as possible.

  5. Click on: Finish.
