Configure Calendar and courses integration

If you use the course administration in Profit CRM you can display the courses, participants and teachers in Profit Calendar.

Description

You can display courses for participants and teachers in Profit Calendar. Configure the integration of course administration for Profit CRM with the Profit Calendar by activating the integration and adding an appointment type for the courses.

You cannot make events visible per location. You can only do this for appointments.

Note: 

Participants and teachers are people in Profit CRM. These people must be recognized as users in Profit because Profit only maintains a Calendar for users.

Procedure

• Add appointment types

  Add an appointment type for each category of appointment that you want to distinguish in the calendar. You can use a different colour for each appointment type, making the appointments concerned easier to distinguish from each other in Profit Calendar.

• Activate integration of Calendar and courses

  Activate the integration of courses. The settings concerned apply to the entire environment.
