The number of the period table (for example, month, four weeks, etc.) for the employer for which you want to start this action. You can find the period table number in HR / Employee / Employee, Salary tab, salary line properties. |
Journalise invoices
Using the LOGISTICS /P"JOURNALISE" action, you can journalise invoices from Profit Order management, Courses, Projects, Hours/Declarations and Subscriptions.
You can also schedule this option via Profit. In that case you do not have to configure the command line.
Using this action, all integration types and the corresponding invoices and stock entries are journalised:
- Purchase invoices, sales invoices and counter/direct invoices
- Stock entries and stock settlement account
- Automatic project invoices, manual project invoices, WIP integration, WIP signing off and instalment invoices
- Subscription invoices
- Course invoices
- Cash sales
This command line journalises all types, you cannot select a specific type. If you want to invoice by type, do not use the command line.

/D"Number of days": entry date /D"x" is today’s date + x /C"y" is a fixed specified date /G selects the Invoice entry date same as invoice date check box. This overwrites the /C and /D parameters. If you use /G, you must specify one of the /C and /D parameters, even if it gets overwritten by /G. Use /D=0, for example. |
