Publish a cockpit (analysis) on InSite

You use cockpits to make the analyses accessible from InSite. To accomplish this, analyses must be run daily or a few times per day automatically and saved as a web page. In InSite, you define a menu item that refers to the generated analysis. Authorisation applies to this.

You can only publish analyses that you have created yourself. These can be copies of the analyses supplied with Profit. You cannot publish the supplied analyses on InSite.

Description

You use an integration page to include an analysis in an InSite or OutSite site. You can use two types of integration pages:

  • General integration page (old method)
  • Cockpit page (new method, from Build 2).

Follow the diagram and click on the appropriate method.

Note:

From InSite, you can only access the main page of an analysis. If the analysis consists of multiple HTM files, the main page must contain hyperlinks to the other HTM files.

Extended analyses, such as the occupancy overview, consist of multiple pages. For the new publishing method, you need to change these extended analyses so that the main page of each analysis contains hyperlinks to the other htm files. It is therefore important to choose a good moment to move from the old method to the new method.
