Description

For every Belgian employee, a complete calendar in which the working day has been specified on an hourly basis must be submitted to the employers' social-accounting secretariat. Companies using timetables with a lot of variation often use a time registration system. Social-accounting secretariats prefer to receive the files from one system, which is why the time registration systems submit the calendars to Profit via the connector. Profit then sends them to the employers' social-accounting secretariat.

Points of attention:

• For Acerta and SD-Worx the following applies: if you have delivered a particular month and then add, delete or modify one line in Profit, the entire month will have to be delivered again for the employee concerned.
