Configure Profit Exchange link
Using the Exchange link, you can synchronise appointments in Microsoft Outlook and Profit Calendar.
Description
You can have Profit agenda appointments synchronised with Outlook agenda of the Profit user concerned. Profit appointments will be added once the configuration has been completed.
Appointments of users blocked in Profit are not synchronized with Exchange.
In Profit, enter the e-mail address for each user in the Authorization tool in the Exchange deviating e-mail address field. That way Profit knows which Profit appointments should be synchronized to which calendar in Exchange.
Supported versions:
- Exchange on Azure AD (OAuth 2.0)
- Exchange 2019 (local installation)
- Exchange 2016 (local installation)
The support for Exchange 2010 has been terminated.
The Profit Exchange link is available by default in Profit+. If you do not have Profit+, then the Exchange should be included in your license.
