Add a payment method

Add the desired payment method (by bank, cash).

To add a payment method:

  1. Go to: General / Configuration / Payment settings / Payment method.
  2. Click on: New.
  3. Enter a code in Payment method.
  4. Enter the description.
  5. If desired select a suspense account.

    In case of the PIN or Credit card payment method, you can have the amounts entered from invoicing to, for example, the PIN/chip suspense account instead of directly to the sales contact/debtor. In case of the Cash payment method you can also select the Kas account, so that amounts entered with the Cash payment method are carried forward to the Kas account when invoicing.

  6. Click on: Finish.
