Export an import definition

You can export an import definition to a file, which allows you to import it into another environment.

Export an import definition:

  1. Open the environment containing the import definition.
  2. Go to: the import function.
  3. Select Export import definition.
  4. Click on: Next.
  5. Select the definition to be exported.
  6. Click on: Export.
  7. Select the file location.

    Profit saves the file with the extension .ipd, for example, Invoices.ipd.

  8. Click on: Save.
  9. Click on: Cancel.
