Make a user language available

You purchase an extra user language and import your new licence. After this, your users can select this language via the Start menu.

Configure a user language

If you do not yet have an extra user language in your licence, you must buy it first.

1. Please contact Customer Servicetel.: 033 43 43 881.
2. Explain that you would like to expand your licence with an extra language.
3. Customer Service applies this change in the licence administration.
4. Make sure that there are no users still working in Profit.
5. Open Profit.

   Profit gives an alert that there is a new licence.

6. Click on: Yes.

Once the licence is refreshed, your users can change languages.
