Authorise the queue (AFAS Online and local)

Configure the authorisation of this section, so that the right users have access to the required functions and data.

You use the functions to consult tasks in the queue, including any error information. For specific tasks you can retrieve files or print documents using the Complete action. Generated reports and analyses can also be retrieved using these functions.

Configure authorisation:

  1. Go to: General / Management / Authorisation tool.
  2. Go to the tab: Group maintenance.
  3. Select the group to authorise.
  4.  Go to the tab: Menu.
  5. Select the check box for the menu options to be authorised:
    •  General / Management / Queue
    • Start menu / Subscriptions / Management / Queue
    • CRM / Management / Queue
    • Financial / Management / Queue
    • HR / Management / Queue
    • Start menu / Order Management / Management / Queue
    • Start menu / Projects / Management / Queue
    • Hours/Declarations / Management / Queue
  6. Go to the tab: Authorisation.
  7. Authorise the actions for the following menu choices:
    • CRM / Management / Queue, various actions

    • Start menu / Subscriptions / Management / Queue, various actions
    • Financial / Management / Queue, various actions
    • HR / Management / Queue, various actions
    • Start menu / Order Management / Management / Queue, various actions
    • HR / Payroll / Salary processing cockpit, Queue action
  8. Close the Authorisation tool.

    De omgeving opent automatisch opnieuw, met de nieuwe instellingen.

Authorising functionality in the CLE (local installation):

  1. Open the Central Login Environment.
  2. Authorise the following menu actions:
    • General / Environment / Central environment / Queue
    • General / Environment / Central environment / Batch service
