Features for a dossier item type
You use features for recording dossier items, for selection purposes or for starting a workflow.
You use features in Profit when adding dossier items, among other things. You use features as an easy way to find dossier items. By using a combination of features and dossier item type (feature group), you ensure that a dossier item ends up in the correct workflow. You then add feature values to features that are used for further subdivision.
There is one dossier item type for registering complaints. Using features, you can indicate the department for which the complaint is intended and also which type,
so you don’t need to add a dossier item type for each kind of complaint.
You can add a maximum of 3 kinds of features. There is no limit on the number of feature values that you can add.

- Delete a feature
You can delete a feature if it is not or no longer linked to a feature value.
