Submit year-end work to the Chamber of Commerce

From Profit, you can electronically submit the year-end work to the Chamber of Commerce.

You generate the reporting in de Reporting cockpit. This section only deals with the extra steps required for the electronic delivery to the Chamber of Commerce.

You configure this component for each environment; however, you submit the financial reports and the financial statements to the Chamber of Commerce for each administration.

Advantages:

  • This delivery method can save you a lot of time, because the paper delivery is now a thing of the past.
  • The delivery of the reporting is made using the secured digital channel of the government: Digipoort

As of financial year 2016, small companies can only submit the year-end work electronically. For them, delivery on paper is no longer allowed as of financial year 2016. The year-end work can be delivered electronically in two ways: from Profit using SBR or manual entry using the online service Zelf Deponeren Jaarrekening (ZDJ) on the website of the Chamber of Commerce. Medium-sized companies must submit electronic deliveries as of financial year 2017 and large companies as of 2019.

Electronic submissions to the Chamber of Commerce are only supported for small companies, not for medium-sized or large companies.

For further information, please visit the Chamber of Commerce website.

This functionality is only available in the Netherlands.
