Leave to project actual costing
If you configure the leave integration, Profit enters actual costing lines in the project administration based on the leave entries. You use this integration if you enter leave in Profit HR while employees account for their hours from the actual costing in the project administration.
Note:
This is not possible for employees who have a variable work pattern.
Description
The channelling of the absence to the actual costing is a fully automatic procedure. In the case of leave, Profit enters an actual costing line on each working day.
You decide per leave type whether you want to integrate the leave entries in question. If yes, you link an hour type of the 'Leave' type to the leave type. If applicable, you can also link work types and projects. If you do not want to integrate a specific leave type, you do not link an hour type to the leave type. This way you can decide, for example, to integrate the 'Holiday' leave type, but not the 'WTR' leave type.
If you link a wage component and a parameter to the hour type, Profit will channel the leave data to Profit Payroll. This is also possible if you do not have Profit HR.
Note:
On days closed Profit will not generate any actual costing lines as a result of leave and/or absence entries.
