Record an 'Arbo' agency for an employee

Per employee, you specify the 'Arbo' agency the employee falls under.

If you transfer to a new 'Arbo' agency, first close the outstanding absence entry of the employee using the last day that the old agency applies as the end date. After the new agency has been added for the employee, add a new absence entry for the employee.

To add an agency to the employee:

  1. Go to: HR / Employee / Employee.
  2. Open the properties of the employee.
  3. Go to the tab: Agency.
  4. Click on: New
  5. Select the 'Arbo' agency.

    Note: 

    You can only select agencies that are linked to the employer of the employee. If the correct agency is not present, you first have to add it at the employer level.

  6. Click on: Next.
  7. Enter the start date.
  8. Select the employment of the employee in Type of employment.
  9. Click on: Finish.
