Generate a digital 'Arbo' file

You can generate the digital files in Profit. 

The digital file cannot be created if a social security number ('BSN') is not specified in the employee master data.

If you are using AFAS Online, you generate the files and AFAS Online sends the files to the 'Arbo Unie' agency. AFAS Online sends one file at a time. If you have generated multiple files, AFAS Online will send a file every hour. This does not apply to the delivery of the files to 'MaetisArdyn'.

To generate a digital file:

  1. Go to: HR / Presence and absence / Arbo digital.
  2. Select an 'Arbo' service line that has the To be sent status.
  3. Click on the action: Create Arbo message.

    Profit launches the wizard for creating the digital 'Arbo' file.

  4. Click on: Finish.
