Configure an employer for 'Digi-ZSM'

Per employer, you link the tax authority as an agency. Once the tax authority has been linked to the employer, you can enter the settings for 'Digi-ZSM' at the employer level.

To configure an employer for 'Digi-ZSM'

  1. Go to: HR / Organisation / Employer.
  2. Open the employer’s properties.
  3. Go to the tab: Preferred value HRM.
  4. Select the Generate absence messages check box.
  5. Enter a contact person and sender, if applicable.

    It is possible that another employer sends the digital absence messages to the 'UWV' if, for example if that employer collects the messages from multiple branches.

    Note:

    If you activate the functionality for digital deliveries to the 'UWV', Profit excludes the current cases of absence without end date for the employer in question from the 'UWV' digital checks.
