'Arbo' document is empty after generating

If an 'Arbo' document is empty after you have generated it for an employee, you have not configured an 'Arbo' agency at the employee level.

To add an agency to the employee:

  1. Go to: HR / Employee / Employee.
  2. Open the properties of the employee.
  3. Go to the tab: Agency.
  4. Click on: New.
  5. Select the 'Arbo' agency you want to add to the employee.

    Note: 

    You can only select agencies that are linked to the employer of the employee. If the correct agency is not present, you first have to add it at the employer level.

  6. Click on: the Next button.
  7. Enter the Start date on which the 'Arbo' agency becomes valid for this employee.
  8. Enter the End date until which the 'Arbo' agency is valid for this employee.
  9. 'Employment': this field is present only when you are adding the 'ArboNed' agency. Here, select the employment of the employee. The values in the table are the employments that are known to 'ArboNed'. You can select from the following employments:
    • 01: Normale arbeidsovereenkomst
    • 02: Aanneming van werk
    • 03: Vertegenwoordiger
    • 04: WSW'er (Wet Sociale Werkvoorziening)
    • 05: Stagiair
    • 07: Thuiswerker
    • 08: Uitzendkracht
    • 09: Musicus/artiest en beroepssporter
    • 10: Degene die persoonlijke arbeid tegen beloning verricht
    • 21: Maatschapsvisser
    • 22: Bestuurder van een coöperatieve vereniging met werknemers
    • 23: Oproep/invalkracht
  10. Click on: Finish.
