Add a document page to the site
You add a page to the site from where you are going to submit the document. You can opt to add one page and in it show all documents the user is allowed to submit. You can also create a separate page for each document.
You can add a link for submitting a document to the site. After that, the user selects the document that he wants to submit:

Add Create page with document template options
A site manager can add a general start page for creating documents. With this, an author can create documents based on the document templates for which he/she is authorised.
So you do not have to add a separate page/menu item for each document template, but this is possible.
Add a general page:
Log on and start Site management.
- Publish the page.
Before the page is visible to the authorised users, they must first log back on. This is because the authorisation is determined during login.
To authorise the general page:
- Go to: Profit Windows.
- Go to: General / In & OutSite / Configuration / Functionality.
- Open the properties of the functionality that may be authorised.
- Go to the tab: Pages.
- Check whether the Create document - select document template page is authorised.
If not, perform the following steps:
- Click on: New.
- Select the Create document - select document template check box.

- Click on: Finish.
- Click on: OK.
Add a Create document page to a menu
An author can create a document if a 'create page' option is available in the menu on the site. A site manager adds the page.
To add a 'Create document' page to a menu:
Log on and start Site management.- Click on: Menu in the Site frame.
- Click on: New. You do this after the menu item where you want to show the page.
For instance, if you want to have documents created using the menu, then after , click on New.

- Enter the description.
For instance, Create news item.
- Select the action Refer to existing page.
- Click on: Next.
- Select the page of the Document (authors) type.
For instance, Create news item document.
- Click on: Add.
- Close the menu.
Before the page is visible to the authorised users, they must first log back on. This is because the authorisation is determined during login.
