Log on to InSite

After publication you can log on to the site.

To start the site:

  1. Open the browser.
  2. Enter the address of the portal.

    Example:

    You have added the web location insite.enyoi.nl. Depending on the configuration in the infrastructure, the URL will be https://insite.enyoi.nl.

    You can also access InSite directly on a web server; in our example this would be https://webservername.enyoi.nl/insite.

Display the user's usual name:

The date of birth of the user is displayed by default when logging on to InSite. You can configure that the usual name is displayed instead of the birth name. You only have to enter a Usual name for this for the person.

  1. Open Profit.
  2. Go to: CRM / Organisation/person / Organisation/person.
  3. Open the view: Persons.
  4. Open the properties of the person.
  5. Go to the tab: General.
  6. Enter a value in UsuallyCalled.
  7. Click on: OK.
