Workflow intervention per workflow

If you record a group as workflow task managers in a workflow then this group can complete all the tasks in the workflow. This group replaces the group at environment level.

To configure workflow intervention per workflow:

1. Go to: CRM / Dossier / Configuration / Dossier item type.
2. Open the properties of the dossier item type..
3. Go to the tab: Workflows.
4. Open the properties of the workflow. or add a workflow.
5. Click on: the first element of the workflow, the so-called start task.

   When a workflow is added, a start task with an action is created automatically. If a dossier item is submitted for this workflow, it is placed in the workflow using this first task and action.

6. Select a group in Workflow task manager. You can select from the groups from the authorisation tool based on two fixed values:

   If you select <Van omgeving gebruiken> then check if a group is recorded at environment level. If this is not so then there are no users who can intervene in the workflow.

   If you select <Empty>, there are no users who can intervene either, not even if you have configured a group at the environment level. The setting at workflow level is leading.

7. Click on: Save.
8. Click on: Publish.
