Workflow intervention per task

Per workflow task, you can select groups, users or roles that are allowed to intervene in the workflow, which means they can always complete the task in question. This task destination overwrites any workflow task manager from the workflow or the environment.

You can set a different group for each workflow task. If you do not select a group, the group you have specified in the workflow is used. If you have not specified a group there either, the configuration at the environment level applies.

To configure workflow intervention per task:

1. Go to: CRM / Dossier / Configuration / Dossier item type.
2. Open the properties of the dossier item type..
3. Go to the tab: Workflows.
4. Open the properties of the workflow. or add a workflow.
5. Click on the task: for which you want to give a destination the rights to intervene in the workflow.
6. Click on:  after Task intended for.
7. Add a destination.

   You can also select a destination directly on the right hand side under Addressed to.

8. Show in task list is on for the destination as default.

   If you do not want the user(s) of the destination to see the task in their task list, deselect this check box.

9. Click on: OK.
10. Click on: Save.
11. Click on: Publish.
