Record an address change in InSite

The user can record an address change in InSite.

It is also possible to record a move in the past. For a moving date in the past, Profit checks that there is no other address change between the date specified and the system date.

The site manager can add the Google route plug-in to this page which provides you with a simple way of calculating the home-to-work distance after the move.

To record an address change:

  1. Go to: InSite.
  2. Go to: Change address.

    InSite may have been configured differently for you, in which case the description of the action deviates.

  3. Enter the start date for the address change. As from this date, the new address applies in Profit.
  4. Enter the new address.
  5. Click on: Create.
