Activate anonymous registrations in OutSite

If anonymous visitors are allowed to register through OutSite for events, you must activate the Courses document template in the properties of the site.

Activate anonymous event registrations page type:

1. Go to: General / In & OutSite / Site.
2. Open the properties of the site.
3. Go to the tab: Document templates.
4. Select the Activated check box after Courses.
5. Click on: OK.
6. Publish a document for OutSite.

   You add a page to the site from where you are going to submit the document. You can opt to add one page and in it show all documents the user is allowed to submit. You can also create a separate page for each document.

   You can add a link for submitting a document to the site. After that, the user selects the document that he wants to submit:

7. Link an 'Input form for non-logged-on user' in the properties of the Course (InSite & OutSite tab) so that anonymous visitors can register through OutSite.

   If an anonymous user may register him/herself for a course then you need to link the course to the input form.

   Link a sign-up form to a course:

   1. Go to: CRM / Course management / Course.
   2. Open the properties of the course. or add a course.
   3. Go to the tab: In- & OutSite.
   4. Select the input form for the course registration in Input form for a visitor who is not logged on.
   5. Click on: OK.

      You can specify that a visitor who is not logged on needs to complete custom fields during the registration. These are automatically copied to the course registration on InSite and to the participant in Profit Windows.
