Link Course registration pages to a role

You must first link these pages to the functionality before the responsible employees can receive the course registrations in their task list.

Link Course registration pages to a role:

1. Go to: General / In & OutSite / Configuration / Functionality.
2. Open the properties of the functionality.

   This is, for example, the role you have linked to the Assess task in the workflow.

3. Go to the tab: Pages.
4. Click on: New.
5. Enter Course registration under the page.
6. Select all pages of Course registration.
7. Click on: Finish.
8. Go to the tab: Page parts.
9. Go to: Course registration / Create course enrolment / Page parts.
10. Select Maintain.

    The page components of Course registration / Course registration are now also available on Maintain.

11. Click on: OK.
