Configure the lot/serial number sub-window

For each entry layout, you can set it so the sub-window for entry of serial/lot numbers appears when you add an article.

For some entry layouts, the sub-window is automatically displayed because it is required in that part of the order process. For other entry layouts, you yourself can set it so that it must be displayed, namely in the entry layouts of the purchase order, sales order, assembly preparation and warehouse transfer preparation.

If you use this setting, Profit automatically displays the sub-entry program on completion of a new line with a lot article or serial number article.

To configure the display of the serial number/lot sub-window:

1. Go to: General / Management / Entry layout.
2. Open the entry layout properties.
3. Go to the tab: General settings.
4. Go to the tab: Instellingen 2.
5. Deselect the Suppress automatic lot/serial number screen check box.
6. Click on: OK.

Follow this procedure for all entry layouts that you use.
