Description
Master data parameters are based on data in your personnel administration system and in fact constitute the bridge between Profit HR and Profit Payroll. Some parameters directly retrieve a value from Profit HR, for example salaris. Others perform a calculation on the basis of an HR data element; the Date of birth field forms the basis for the Leeftijd op begindatum periode parameter.
Example:
The Salaris wage component has the Parttime percentage parameter. Profit multiplies the employee’s full-time salary on the tab with the same name with this percentage to arrive at the gross salary to be paid.

CLA-specific master data parameters are present for certain Profit CLAs.
