Payroll agency IBAN number

If you pay an agency using the Payment cockpit in Profit, change the bank account numbers of the agency.

IBAN stands for 'International Bank Account Number'. An IBAN account number is used for payments within Europe. This European system has also been adopted in Israel, Tunisia, Mauritius, Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Lebanon (2012).You can retrieve the IBAN and the BIC code for Dutch bank account numbers on various websites (such as that of IBAN Service NL). For international bank account numbers, you can use IBAN.com, for instance. Sometimes you can also submit a file with bank account numbers and get a modified file in return. You can import this file in one go into Profit.

To change an account to IBAN:

  1. Go to: General / Configuration / Payment settings / Bank account.
  2. Select the account number.
  3. Click on the action: Change account to IBAN.
  4. Click on: Next

    Next you see the current account settings at the top.

  5. Select the IBAN check check box.

    The IBAN number field is modifiable.

  6. Complete the IBAN number field.

    Note:

    Enter the entire IBAN number, including the BIC code, for instance NL55RABO0123000123.

  7. Click on: Finish
