Add a bank account (Netherlands Antilles)

You add the bank account that the employer uses for salary payments.

To add a bank account:

  1. Go to: General / Configuration / Payment settings / Bank account.
  2. Click on: New.
  3. Add the bank as an organisation in Profit.
  4. Click repeatedly on: Next.
  5. After a number of steps, you get to the bank account data:
    1. Select the administration. This field is mandatory but it is not relevant for Profit Payroll.
    2. Select the bank type.
    3. Select Netherlands Antilles as the country.
    4. Enter the account number of the employee in Bank/giro number.
  6. Click on: Next.
  7. Select the file format.
  8. Enter the file location and file name. The file name is not used because Profit generates a file name itself based on the instructions provided by the bank.
  9. Click on: Finish.
