Link a bank account to an employer (Netherlands Antilles)

You link the bank account to the employer.

To link a bank account to an employer:

  1. Go to: HR / Organisation / Employer.
  2. Open the employer’s properties.
  3. Go to the tab: Bank/giro account.
  4. Click on: New.
  5. Select the account number.
  6. If you use a separate payment file for this employer in which the payments are split by bank type, Profit will use the file location and name that you can specify here per bank or giro number.
  7. Enter the Bank identification number and the Werkgevercode. These data can be obtained from the bank.
  8. Click on: Finish.
  9. Go to the tab: Payment.
  10. Select the Divided by bank check box.
  11. Click on: OK.
