Add report sets

You create reports sets for the different situations in which you need report sets. For example, you use different report sets for processing, approval and correction periods. For report sets that you print based on salary processing lines, you can only use report sets that are suitable for use in Profit Payroll.

AFAS supplies a number of default report sets with Profit. You cannot change them, but you can add a new report set based on a default report set.

To add a report set:

  1. Go to: HR / Output / Management / Report set.
  2. Click on: New.

    You see the default report sets supplied by AFAS.

  3. Select the report set you want to copy.
  4. Click on: Next.
  5. Complete the fields.

    You can link a definition group to the report set if only the users of the definition group are allowed to use the report set.

  6. Click on: Next.

    Profit displays the reports in the report set.

  7. Add a new report to the report set.
    1. Click on: New.
    2. Select the report.
    3. Click on: Next.
    4. Enter the filter.
    5. Click on: Finish.
  8. Delete a report from the report set.
    1. Select the report.
    2. Click on: Delete.
    3. Click on: Yes.
  9. Change the order of the reports.

    Profit prints the reports in each report set in the order in which you included them in the report set.

  10. Click on: Finish.
