Add the 'Zorg en welzijn' agency to an employee

The 'Zorg en Welzijn' agency contains data for the 'IZZ' healthcare insurance and the 'PGGM'. This data is used for calculating the 'IZZ' premium effective from 1 January 2011, however you can add the 'Zorg en Welzijn' agency to the employee in advance.

Note:

For the 'IZZ' premium you can use the 'IZZ' link. You then import the amounts directly from 'IZZ' and do not enter them manually.

You can add the agency using the procedure below or import it by selecting HR / Management / Import Agency / 'Zorg en Welzijn'. You import changes to existing agency data using HR / Management / Import agency entry / 'Zorg en Welzijn'.

For the recording of this agency data, it may be of interest to alert that a child of the employee is now 18 years old. Record the children as family members on the Family tab (the calculation of the 'IZZ' premium does not look at the data on this tab). Configure the alert Employer/Birthday: Child of employee (Profit) so that you are warned in good time.

To add an agency:

1. Go to: HR / Employee / Employee.
2. Open the properties of the employee.
3. Go to the tab: Agency.
4. Click on: New.
5. Select the agency 'Zorg en Welzijn'. If it is not present, first link it to the employer.
6. Click on: Next.
7. Enter the data for 'PGGM' if it applies.
8. Click on: Next.
9. Select the Calculate 'IZZ' premium check box if you want to enter the amounts manually. If you import the 'IZZ' file, do not select this check box.
10. Click on: Next.
11. Complete the remaining fields. for driving the 'IZZ' premium calculation.
12. Click on: Finish.
