Payroll Auditor

In many cases, you use analyses to perform a check on the salaries. For example, you can check whether an employee is incorrectly receiving a travel expense allowance or whether an employee's wage is incorrectly processed based on the green table. You can also check for sudden salary increases for an employee. These checks take a lot of time as they are not part of the regular process.

That is why you now have the Payroll Auditor. The Payroll Auditor warns you in advance when a situation occurs in the salary processing that requires your attention. This gives you a better grip on the salary processing, it increases the quality and makes the time-consuming checks and analyses a thing of the past!

Advantages:

  • Automated checks
  • Grip on the quality of the salary processing
  • Option to add your own checks

Description

The Payroll Auditor uses audit components. The audit components contain parameters in which you record threshold values. The audit components do not guarantee that your salary processing is error-free, but they are a tool to help you get a better grip on the salary processing and reduce the number of errors.

We supply default audit components in the CLA. The first 70 audit components were supplied in the CLA Update with version 2015.01.01 and activated as from 1 February 2015. In CLA Update 2015.02.01 we supply new audit components.

From now on, for every CLA Update we will check whether we have to add sector or CLA specific audit components. If you find an audit component missing, please mail us your idea. Keep in mind, however, that an audit component is only feasible if Profit can calculate a value.
