View teams in InSite

You can view teams and team members in InSite. You use the Teams menu function to open an overview of the teams. From this overview, you open the page with team details so that you can view the data.

To view teams in InSite:

1. Open the site.
2. Log on with your user name and password.
3. Click on: OK.
4. Click on: Projects.
5. Click on: Teams.

   InSite may have been configured differently for you, in which case the description of the action deviates.

   You see an overview of teams with team images. You can add a team image in the team properties on the Image tab. You see the default team image if no image has been entered.

6. Click on a line to open the page with the team details.
7. You can view the team data here. Here you also see which projects this team is involved in.
8. From a team, you can click to access a team member to open the ‘Team member overview’ page. This view shows information about the team member, and the projects and teams in which this team member is involved.
