Add a sales delivery address
You can record multiple delivery addresses for a sales contact, for example because they have several offices. You can set one delivery address as the preferred delivery address.
To add a delivery address:
- Go to:
- Financial / Debtor / Debtor
- Order Management / Sales / Sales contact
- CRM /Organisation/person / Sales contact
- Subscriptions / Subscription / Sales contact
- Projects / Project / Sales contact
- Open the view: Sales contacts/debtors.
- Open the properties of the sales contact.
- Go to the tab: Delivery addresses.
- Click on: New.
- Enter a general description in Contact department.
- Click on: the button
after the address. - Choose Clear address and generate new address
- Enter the address data.
- Select a value for Barcode type. The barcode type determines the auto numbering and the way of printing. For example EAN13.
- If you select Code 128, Profit does not check whether the barcode that you entered is correct, but it does determine the print layout properly.
- If you select No check, there is no check and also no layout for printing the barcode.
- Enter a value in Barcode. Profit checks whether what you enter matches the standard for the barcode type that you have just selected.
If required, set the delivery address as the preferred delivery address:
- Go to the tab: Invoicing.
- In Preferred delivery address, select the new delivery address:

- Click on: OK.
