Redetermine the basic sales order prices

A basic sales order is a type of template that you can use repeatedly to add a new order. You also use a basic sales order as a blanket order in which you repeatedly change the quantities while the remaining data remains the same. You add a basic order at a specific moment. The master data in the basic order is also specific to that moment. We refer here, for example, to article prices and descriptions. If you change these prices and descriptions subsequently, this data is not changed in the basic order.

If you change article prices, and the article is in a basic order, you have to determine the prices again.

Note: 

In this description, we assume that you have already added the basic sales order and that you have changed the article price.

To determine prices again:

  1. Go to: Order Management / Sales process / Verkoopbasisorder.
  2. Click on the action: Redetermine prices.
  3. If necessary, complete the selection fields.

    You can filter by the Sales contact, Date and/or Basic order number fields.

  4. Click on: Next

    You now see the results of the selection criteria you have just entered.

  5. If necessary, change the selection manually.
  6. Click on: Finish
  7. Click on: OK
