Authorise a menu item

After you have activated the Discount/surcharge over combined groups function, you have to authorise specific users so that they can add these discount scales.

To authorise a menu item:

  1. Go to: General / Management / Authorisation tool.
  2. Select the user or user group who you want to give access to the menu item.
  3. Go to the tab: Menu.
  4. Click on: General / Order Management / Sales / Price/discount.
  5. Select the Discount/supplement scale over combined groups check box.
  6. Click on: General / Order Management / Item / Groups.
  7. Select the Combined group check box.
  8. Close the Authorisation tool
  9. Click on: Yes
