Finalise declaration

After you have created the declaration, you finalise it.

You cannot change or delete a finalised declaration. Any changes to packing slips and goods receipts will now be passed on by Profit to the next declaration via a correction line.

To finalise a 'CBS' declaration:

  1. Go to: Order Management / Stock / 'CBS' declaration.
  2. Select the declaration.
  3. Click on: Make declaration final..

    A message is displayed.

  4. Click on: Yes. 
  5. The next step is to Generate the 'CBS' declaration file.
